We believe in total transparency. We will share the factory’s original proforma invoice (PI) with you. Our 6% service fee is then calculated on that exact factory price. You see the same numbers we do. It’s that simple.

This really depends on the factory and the product. We don't set the MOQ—the factory does. However, we have good relationships with many suppliers, including some who are happy to work with smaller businesses and startups. Just tell us what you need, and we will do our best to find a factory that is a good fit.

Honestly, this is our biggest focus. Our goal is to catch any issues before your products ship. Our team inspects the goods based on your standards. If we find problems, we hold the final payment and work with the factory to fix them. Because we have this leverage, factories are motivated to get it right. Our job is to solve these problems in China, so you don't have to deal with them.

We take this very seriously. First, we only work with suppliers we have known and trusted for years. Second, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you, and we also sign a separate, enforceable NDA with the factory in China. We treat your business like our own and know that our success depends on protecting your great ideas.

• Powerful Leverage: We operate on a deposit/balance payment structure. We do not release your final payment to the factory until our team has completed quality control inspections and you have approved the results. This gives us enormous leverage to demand re-work or corrections if quality issues arise. If you pay the factory in full directly, you lose this leverage.
• Simplified & Secure Transactions: You make one simple payment to us. We handle the complexities of local bank transfers in China, tax, and communication, ensuring the funds are securely delivered. This protects you from international transfer issues and fraud.
• Effective Dispute Resolution: If any disputes occur, we act as a powerful mediator because we control the funds. We can negotiate on your behalf to resolve issues effectively, something that is much harder to do once the factory has your money.
